Refunds and Cancellations:
- Baker’s Pride does not offer refunds or accept cancellations once an order has been placed and confirmed by the customer.
- However, if any item in your order is missing, you have the right to cancel the partial order. In such cases, you can request either an exchange or a refund.
Unavailability of Product:
- In the event of sudden unavailability of a product, you can request a full refund if you have already made a payment for that item.
Incorrect Product Delivery:
- If you receive a different product than what you ordered, you can request either an exchange or a refund for the affected order.
Expired Products:
- If, by any chance, you receive an expired product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a refund for the affected item.
